- Pharma event professionals need to think longer-term, plan accordingly and look to integrate and connect across multiple events and multiple audiences. To truly apply a consistent drumbeat of communications across different channels over the long term
- Insightful, well-designed content coupled with new tech will deepen participation & engagement and deliver far more meaningful measurement – but compliance is sometimes masking innovation and progress
