Bringing LFC to the Indian fans

Liverpool FC wanted to bring ‘LFC World’ to Mumbai, India, hosting a free to enter, immersive fan experience that would bring the club closer to its fans across the globe. Liverpool had the experience, but they needed the right partner to execute it in Mumbai. Cue Deeper Blue…

The brief was clear, to flawlessly deliver a high-quality ‘Fan Experience’. We took the existing concept of an event executed by LFC in other regions, but recreated it to new levels, creating a truly immersive event.

We produced the activation to an exceptionally high standard; from recreating the Shankly Gate, designing and building the dressing room and Champions Wall, building the main stage backdrop, desk for the Legends, merchandise shop, partner stalls for Joie Baby and Western Union, a virtual reality booth, a cinematic experience and a soccer school experience.

Designing, planning and managing all of the installations takes time – and setting up in a record time of 9 hours was a huge success for the on-site team, especially in one of the busiest shopping malls in India.

The LFC team sincerely thanked the Deeper Blue team for the outstanding work in a short span of time, even after losing a complete day of onsite production.
