When we were asked to host LinkedIn’s global marketing team in Bangalore, our creative driving force was simply our client’s name: this was a wonderful opportunity to link everyone together and deepen connections of employees across Asia.
This simple but powerful insight shaped our four day programme, fostering an event marked by business intelligence, networking and leisure experiences.
We immersed the marketing professionals in a series of presentations and activities, led by their global heads and staged at the Leela Palace – a 5-star luxury hotel conveniently located near the airport.
We designed a purposefully balanced agenda – with high activity work sessions in the morning followed by relaxing activities and team networking in the afternoon and evenings.
Guests were able to take dance classes, enjoy Bollywood night outs and a visit to the Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary. This allowed them to experience insights and hospitality at a much deeper level. So, when our senior clients in the global team congratulated us on a job well done, it was not just for staging an event. They recognised and acknowledged that ultimate success arose from a truly balanced agenda, in which client knowledge-sharing was supported by a positive spirit, encouraging networking and corporate unity.
