Inspired by Toyota’s Global President, Retail Managers are preparing their businesses for a new mobility future by focusing on becoming the ‘Best Retailer in Town’ (BRiT). This Network-wide strategy places customers and employees at the heart of every Retailer and empowers Toyota and Lexus Managers to drive change in order to realise their BRiT vision.
In 2018, Toyota Europe appointed Deeper Blue as the lead agency to design and implement its most ambitious transformation programme ever called ‘Managers of Tomorrow’. The objective is simple: to equip 11,000 Managers with the problem-solving skills, customer-centric competencies and growth mindset to become the Best Retailer in their Town.
Working with Toyota’s European Customer Experience Group & Academy, our dedicated BRiT team delivers a phased programme of tools, leadership training and communications to enable 29 countries and 2,500 Retail sites to begin and maintain their journey to BRiT. A consistent set of measures called the Readiness Index supports Retailer progress and BRiT is now considered a key part of TME’s Network Development Strategy.
